From the 1st of January 2026 we are making an adjustment to the subscription and maintenance pricing of the XtensionIT solutions.
This adjustment will ensure development of new features and support for the upcoming Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central releases.

Multi Entity Management

Subscription Price Adjustment
The prepaid subscription price will increase by approximately 3%.

All subscription prices will be adjusted at the first renewal after January 1, 2026.
Monthly subscriptions will remain unchanged for 12 months from the initial start date of the subsctiption.

Maintenance Rate (Purchased Solutions)

For all renewed Maintenance/Enhancement Plans, XtensionIT will adjust the calculationrate from 19% to 20%
This change aligns the calculation of the maintenance fee with Microsoft maintenance plans.

Shipment Connectors

The subscription has changed from subscribing on packs to subscribing on modules. All packs have been converted into modules.
