XtensionIT has managed to keep our prices unchanged from the beginning of 2020 to the end of 2023. But sadly, all good things do have an ending and XtensionIT is launching new prices effective from the 1st of January 2024.
For all new and renewed Enhancement Plans (also referred to as Maintenance Plans), XtensionIT will adjust the Enhancement rate from 16% to 18%. This will align the calculation of the maintenance fee with Microsoft.
From the 1st of January 2024, XtensionIT will adjust the Yearly prepaid subscription price for Multi Entity Management solutions. The Yearly subscription price will increase with 4%.
For the monthly payment option, there will be added a 20% handling fee. The handling fee will cover the extended amount of time used for administrating the monthly payments. The monthly prepaid subscription price will increase by 15,5%.
All subscription prices will be adjusted with the first renewal after the 1st of January 2024. Subscriptions will not be adjusted for the first 12 months from the start of the subscription.
At XtensionIT we experience that the current price model is not up to date. The current price model is designed for the old on-premises model and is not competitive when working with Business Central Online Tenants and Environments.
From the 1st of January 2024, XtensionIT will launch a new price model for Multi Entity Management, that supports both publishing and subscribing Business Central online and on-premises.
From the 15th of October 2023, the current and the new price model can be used for new Multi Entity Management licenses.
